The house is located in a prime residential neighbourhood and was designed for a family of six and envisioned to be a sculputural piece of architecture with a clean aesthetic and efficient zoning of the living spaces contained within.

The vertical circulation is  concentrated as the spine of the building, flanked by the secondary living spaces of the house on either side. On arrival on each floor one enters into a small foyer which overlooks into a cozy courtyard. The main living spaces constitute of an open plan and is concentrated at the rear of the house, surrounded by the secondary living spaces which flank the front of the house. The facade follows a clean, simple, and contemporary language.
